Let's Encrypt is the default for direct DNS. Cloudflare proxy uses Cloudflare for visitor TLS and Let's Encrypt for encrypted origin TLS. Choose Full (strict) in Cloudflare. Allow ACME challenges without redirects or bot challenges, and bypass caching for console, checkout and API requests. Changes stay pending until DNS, origin ownership and HTTPS verification pass.
